About the role

Maximus is seeking a senior CEP and performance psychology leader in Tysons, VA to guide cognitive performance initiatives for active-duty personnel. You will lead a high-performance team, develop training, and serve as the subject matter expert on CEP topics in collaboration with leadership and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include coaching, delivering cognitive/psychological skills training, validating program impact with metrics, and supervising sessions or embedded training events.
