We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to provide vital support to our operations and client service functions.
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 + Bonuses & Growth Opportunity Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual with a strong background in financial services operations and back-office support. In this role, you will manage client onboarding, lead follow-up, application processing, and foundational asset allocation changes. You'll serve as an intermediary for client inquiries and play a key role in organizing client seminars and managing application submissions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Handle client onboarding processes, including setting up new accounts and managing related documentation. Follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and ensure consistent client engagement. Manage asset allocation changes and routine client questions that don’t require licensure. Process and track applications, ensuring they are completed and funded in a timely manner. Support seminar organization, including scheduling and handling follow-ups from digital leads. Maintain efficient, self-directed operations without needing constant supervision. Identify and implement improvements to current processes, enhancing office productivity and client satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years in a financial services operational or administrative role. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to connect with our core client demographic (aged 50+).Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving processes. Familiarity with financial industry software, protocols, and industry-specific terminology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
