Locations: FinTech City – West Palm Beach, FL (1 mile from the beach)
NewDay USA is hiring full-time Financial Services professionals to join our high‐performance teams in West Palm Beach and Fulton. New hires will gain hands-on experience with daily financial operations, attend presentations from top Account Executives, participate in team competitions, and build a strong professional network while exploring the financial district of Downtown West Palm Beach. We are hiring for our February 2, 2026 and June 2026 full‐time new‐hire classes.

- To be considered for a full‐time role, candidates must meet ALL of the following:
- Must hold or be completing a bachelor's degree earned from an accredited U.S. college or university
- Preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Must be graduating December 2025 May 2026 or be a recent graduate (within 3 years)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future0–1 years of experience in financial services(Not required, but highly valued)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related majors3.0+ GPADemonstrated work ethic, initiative, and accountability
