About the role
Contingent Workforce Program Business AnalystBizTek People is looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Program Business Analyst for our client in NYC! Location: New York, NY (Eastern Time Zone) Hybrid This role focuses on implementing improvement initiatives, using data to drive program performance, and working across departments to align the contingent workforce strategy with business objectives. This position reports to the Director of Operational Resilience & Third Party Services.Responsibilities:Drive initiatives to enhance the contingent workforce strategy in line with enterprise prioritiesLead cross-functional projects involving process redesign and strategic improvementsAnalyze program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholdersIdentify and address program inefficiencies to improve effectiveness and complianceMaintain up-to-date documentation, procedures, and standards supporting governanceCollaborate with IT, HR, Legal, Procurement, and vendors to ensure program alignmentSupport the oversight and operations of the contingent staffing programFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support transparency and program adoptionRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in contingent workforce management, including Staffing and SOW modelsStrong knowledge of contingent labor practices, compliance requirements, and industry terminologyAdvanced analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting dataProven ability to manage and deliver projects that drive operational improvementsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesAbility to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree or higherPreferred Qualifications:Experience with contingent workforce platforms such as VMSBackground in vendor management or procurementCertifications such as CCWP or PMPExperience in MSP or VMS provider environments
