About the role

Harbor Church in Westminster, Colorado seeks a relational Youth Pastor to disciple students, partner with parents, and build a sustainable Harbor Youth ministry. You will cast vision, recruit and mentor volunteers, and create environments where middle school and high school students meet Jesus and grow in faith through transitions into adulthood. This full-time role requires biblical teaching excellence, strong leadership, and a heart for investing in families and the next generation.
