General Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall field operations on hyperscale data center construction projects Manage Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field teams Own site execution across safety, schedule, quality, logistics, manpower, and production Coordinate closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, MEP leadership, and client teams Drive accountability across subcontractors and trade partners Oversee complex MEP installation, commissioning, turnover, and phased delivery Lead short-term planning, site logistics, sequencing, and field coordination Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or production Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational execution throughout the project Ideal Background:10+ years of commercial construction experience Significant hyperscale data center / mission-critical construction experience required Proven experience leading large field teams on major data center projects Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, turnover, and critical path scheduling Experience managing multiple superintendents and large subcontractor teams Experience delivering large-scale projects valued in the hundreds of millions or billions Background with a nationally recognized General Contractor preferred Ability and willingness to travel nationally This is an opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected contractors in the country and take a leading role in the delivery of major hyperscale data center projects across the United States.
