About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional business teams to identify opportunities, improve existing workflows, and support the development of future-state processes across the organization. Evaluate, promote, and implement new applications and technologies that improve efficiency and support business objectives. Collaborate with multiple software vendors and internal teams to manage application access, user provisioning, and account lifecycle processes. Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, process guides, automation documentation, and system topology materials in partnership with various teams. Design and implement automation solutions to streamline application upgrades, integrations, and recurring administrative processes. Own and administer the organization's SaaS Management platform, ensuring applications are properly managed, monitored, and maintained. Help oversee the organization's SaaS application portfolio, with a focus on security, access management, automation, governance, and operational efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions to identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS applications such as Docu Sign CLM, Net Suite, Zip, Navan, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.
