About the role

Duties and Responsibilities The Administrative & Inventory Support will report to the Office Manager and work closely with all departments, managers, officers, and personnel on the Log10 team. Their job duties will include: Administrative Responsibilities Manage inbound phone calls Receive and direct site visitors Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy filing systems Correspondence including e -mails, memos and internal documents Manage inbound and outbound mail AP/AR support utilizing QuickBooks Online Creation of client invoices and statements. Processing of vendor billing Provide administrative support to other operational areas Other administrative duties as required Inventory Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the ERP system Create inventory control reports (i.e. cycle count, low inventory, stock on hand reports, etc.) Support procurement activities Other inventory duties as required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Specialized Knowledge Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online accounting software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Inventory control and tracking Required Skill Sets Ability to follow written and verbal directions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi -task Other Characteristics Attention to detail Able to work independently but also work as a part of a team as needed Able to make sound decisions in a timely manner Professional Certification (s) N/A Experience At least 3 years' experience in an office environment in an administrative role Working Conditions Temperature Controlled Facility Environment Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift 25lbs J-18808-Ljbffr
