About the role
Our client bank is seeking a mortgage manager to join their team. This position is a a strategic, detail-oriented leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Bank's residential mortgage lending and loan servicing operations. This individual provides leadership across the entire mortgage lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and an exceptional customer experience. The Mortgage Manager works closely with real estate lenders, referral partners, and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, expand lending relationships, and increase the Bank's mortgage market share within its service area. Ideal candidates will have at LEAST 5 years of mortgage experience.
