About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain company records, enter information into our computer systems, and ensure that important data is accurate and up to date. We value someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, and understands the importance of handling information with care. Enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems. Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly. Assist with preparing reports, filing documents, and other administrative tasks. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs. Good typing skills and strong attention to detail. A responsible attitude toward confidentiality and data protection. Previous experience in data entry or office administration is an advantage, but candidates who are eager to learn and demonstrate the right skills are also encouraged to apply. Training and guidance to help you succeed in the role. Opportunities to develop your administrative and computer skills. Competitive compensation based on experience and company policy. If you are organized, dependable, and interested in helping a team keep its information accurate and well maintained, we would love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
