Schedule: Monday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM; Tuesday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
Job Summary: Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for an Oven Flamer position at a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable standing for most of the shift. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Operate oven/flaming equipment safely and correctly Flame and treat cups as part of the production process Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or issues Follow production instructions and maintain a steady work pace Keep the work area clean and organized Follow all company safety rules and procedures Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production or equipment issues Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work Monday Friday Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Good attention to detail Ability to work well with others as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience working with machinery or production equipment Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly Dress Code: Long pants with no holes or rips Plain T-shirt Tennis shoes
