About the role

Blumenthal Arts is seeking a part-time Ticketing Services Specialist to support in-person box office operations across venues. You will lead on-duty shifts, process ticketing transactions, and ensure a welcoming customer experience during performances and events. The role requires 2+ years in ticketing or related fields, knowledge of ticketing software, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Salary is Grade 11 with part-time hours.
