Role Description: The Human Resources Associate is a part-time, 1099 remote role supporting HR initiatives for clients and internal operations. This position assists with HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role includes helping implement training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and tracking participation and feedback. The Human Resources Associate also supports talent-related projects, contributes to HR documentation and policies, and ensures compliance with relevant guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with advisors, preparing HR reports, and responding to HR-related inquiries with clear, professional communication.
Qualifications: Foundational knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations. Skills in Training & Development, including organizing learning initiatives and supporting coaching or workshop logistics. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with common HR and productivity tools (e.g., HRIS, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).Prior experience in a startup, consulting, or professional services environment is beneficial. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
