About the role
Supporting the development and management of organizational policies, the full-time Compliance Policy Analyst will monitor policy workflows, respond to regulatory inquiries, and assist in compliance training, all while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
Respond to external requests for information related to regulatory filings
Monitor the creation, revision, and approval workflows for company policies and procedures
Assist in developing and conducting compliance training programs and perform periodic compliance audits
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs
Working knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
