Job Description: Job Description Luggers are the important front-line folks of our business. They are the face of thecompany to our valued customers. This is MORE than a physical labor or driving position; there are huge customer service and sales components as well. Successful candidates will: Be committed to WOW-ing our customers with exceptional service Maintain a persistently positive attitude Be a team player with some basic common sense and excellent communication skills Be hardworking and enjoy physical labor Be knowledgeable and comfortable in presenting our service to prospective customers Excel in a position of independence and responsibility Give 110% in everything you do Own a WORKING smartphone (required) Be able/willing to promptly commute to Junkluggers HQ in Scottsdale (near 101 and 202) Junkluggers Hours of Operation: Weekday & Saturday shifts (must be flexible with yourschedule, and while hours may vary from week-to-week, this position is best designed to beyour main focus) Ability to lift 50-100 pounds continuously Any Sales/Customer Service Experience a big PLUS!Total compensation for the position ranges from $15 – $18 per hour plus commission, tips and bonuses.
