What you will do:
- Assigned product categories, including assortment and overall sales performance
- Manage online product (SKU) listings and keep pricing accurate and up to date
- Create and optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion
- Plan and run online sales, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Track sales, traffic, and conversion data, and use the results to grow category sales
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock
- Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and sell-through reports
- Support site promotions, events, and data management projects
- Respond to internal requests promptly and professionally
- Take on other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, including managing product categories on major online marketplaces or retail websites (required)
- Proven experience running online sales, marketing, and promotions independently
- Experience in the computer or consumer electronics industry is a plus
- Familiarity with marketplace seller/vendor portals and online advertising tools
- Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, and sell-through
- Proficient in a wide range of business software and digital tools
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who works well across departments
- Organized, able to prioritize, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and proactive in spotting and solving issues
- Reliable and punctual
