The company works in healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, handling new construction and renovation across a regional project footprint. The Savannah office manages over $20 million in annual contracts, runs lean, and is on an aggressive expansion path. For a commercial paint PM after autonomy, meaningful bonuses, and a real career path, this one is worth a conversation. Anticipated $85,000-$110,000, based on experience Performance-based bonus - can be substantial based on project and company profitability Monthly vehicle allowance ($600-$800)Full suite of benefits: Health/Dental/Vision (company pays a portion of premiums), PTO401(k) with company-funded safe harbor contribution Relocation assistance available Flexible, results-focused schedule
Overview: Manage commercial paint and wall covering projects from pre-construction through closeout Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects at once Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material available to the floor Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings Maintain quality standards and keep subs in a position to succeed Report directly to regional office leadership
