About the role
Wyndham Grand Rio Mar is seeking a Wellness Ambassador to lead guests through a warm and personalized spa journey. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and connect them with treatments, amenities, and homecare recommendations to ensure memorable experiences.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and booking systems (Book 4 Time). Flexibility for weekends/holidays is needed in a luxury setting.
