Carousel's Project Manager will require outstanding organizational and leadership skills along with a positive, motivated and entrepreneurial attitude. This role will be full-time, on-site, with some hybrid work opportunities. Our ideal candidate will bring logistical prowess, working quickly and nimbly alongside a growing team to drive projects forward. Your dynamic professionalism, effortless adaptability and easy-going personality will make you an irreplaceable member of the Carousel team. Owner of multiple workstreams through planning, resourcing and scheduling – keeping projects on time. Organization - outstanding organizational skills keeping projects, timelines, notes, and files clean. Communication - refined communication skills with internal and external teams. Coordination - strong coordination skills getting teams to align on key topics and objectives. Prioritization - ability to help identify challenges and prioritize solutions in a fast-paced environment. Adaptation - ability to adapt effortlessly to ambiguity and change throughout projects. Solution - ability to approach challenges with optimism to find optimal solutions. Qualification: Four Year Degree Preferred, not required.2-5 Years Professional Experience - Creative, Design, Production Studio preferred. Experience working with Google Workplace, Dropbox, Monday, Adobe and Figma. High attention to detail required to work on industry-leading work for world-class clients. Growth mindset and desire to learn and challenge yourself in new ways.
