About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Data Science and Analytics to lead the development of innovative methods and models that address complex questions in the delivery and financing of life-changing therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing patient intelligence and predictive models, forecasting population behavior and demand, and establishing rigorous methods for measuring the impact of care models. This role is pivotal in reshaping the way specialty care is delivered, with a focus on identifying patients who can benefit from support, forecasting treatment needs, and reliably estimating the savings and impact of care interventions. The Head of Data Science and Analytics will also be instrumental in partnering across the business to scale operational reporting, embedding quality and reproducibility, and leading a team to build a culture of curiosity, rigor, and practical experimentation. A hands-on approach to working with large healthcare datasets, including claims and eligibility data, is essential. The role requires a leader who can set the scientific and analytical direction, hire and develop a team, and work closely with cross-functional partners to translate analytical requirements into technical capabilities. Experience in specialty pharmacy, payer, PBM, actuarial, health benefits, or clinical outcomes analytics is preferred, as is a background in identifying patient cohorts or treatment patterns and measuring healthcare costs and program impact. An advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent applied experience is also a key qualification. Hiring Manager Title PresidentFunctionsData Management/Analytics

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
