About the role
Rotating Equipment Engineer – Linden, NJSeeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer to support operations and maintenance at a major chemical manufacturing facility in Linden, NJ.Provide engineering support for pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct failure analysis, and recommend reliability improvements. Support maintenance, inspections, equipment upgrades, and capital projects. Develop technical specifications, review vendor documentation, and work with maintenance and operations teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with experience in rotating equipment within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial manufacturing environments. Experience with reliability engineering and predictive maintenance is a plus.
