Family Physician

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Family Physician role based in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans. The role also involves coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate and timely medical records. The Family Physician will participate in community health initiatives, support practice quality improvement efforts, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive clinical environment.

Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Family Medicine and Primary Care across the lifespan Experience in clinical, ER, occupational or long term care medical settings Value professional medical freedom, lower admin busy work, and higher earnings Strong foundation in general Medicine, including evidence-based diagnosis and treatmentMD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine Unrestricted license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice medicine in North Carolina Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Willingness to go above and beyond in the medical care of your patients Basic proficiency with EHR systems and comfort with technology-enabled care Well Craft Health is highly regarded direct pay family medicine practice, servicing the medical needs of individuals, families, and employers around Lake Gaston, NC.
