About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent university graduates for the U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting January 2027. The role is full-time, with three six-month rotations across multiple U.S. locations, and potential international rotation. Participants will travel and relocate to experience diverse business units and build a broad network. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication skills, curiosity, and teamwork, and with a STEM background preferred.
