About the role

Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time remote Financial Analysis Specialist will manage financial performance metrics, collaborate with business leaders on forecasts and budgets, and deliver insightful financial reporting to aid strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities: Develop and enhance financial and operational performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting Lead the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial results, providing variance analysis and recommendations Facilitate financial performance reviews and support strategic business initiatives through financial modeling and analysis Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum of six years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance functions Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based financial systems, with SAP experience preferred Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau or Anaplan is highly desirable Knowledge of U.S. Government contracts and financial reporting concepts is preferred
