About the role
Driving growth and profitability, the full-time remote State Licensed VP of Sales in Employee Benefits will develop strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and cultivate partnerships to enhance the benefits business.
Key responsibilities:
Develops and executes strategic vision for growth in Benefits and Underwriting businesses
Spearheads expansion initiatives and identifies new market segments and product opportunities
Analyzes industry trends and competitor strategies to translate insights into actionable plans
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance and Employee Benefit Sales
Bachelor's degree required
State A&H and/or benefits licenses are mandatory
