About the role
- Design complete product experiences from initial concept to production-ready UICreate wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for information-dense and fast-moving environments
- Build and maintain reusable components and a scalable design system
- Think deeply about usability, information hierarchy, interaction design, and user behavior
- Work directly with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Provide clear specifications and developer handoffs
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback, testing, and product changes
- Identify UX problems and proactively propose better solutions
- Maintain an extremely high standard for visual quality and consistency across the product
- Exceptional UI and UX design ability
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real digital product design
- Advanced proficiency with FigmaStrong understanding of modern product design principles
- Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, interaction states, and component systems
- Ability to simplify complex interfaces without removing important functionality
- Strong understanding of responsive web design
- Ability to create polished prototypes and communicate interactions clearly
- Understanding of frontend development principles and the limitations of modern web applications
- Comfortable collaborating closely with developers
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
