About the role
Leading a team of remote call center agents, the full-time Mississippi Seasonal Call Center Supervisor will motivate and mentor staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working from home.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels
Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Required qualifications
Must have 1 year or more of recent call center leadership experience
Recent experience in leadership with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work any shift within 8 AM-9 PM EST/CST, Monday-Friday
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Must live in Mississippi to be considered
