About the role

Role Overview: We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands‑on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni‑Channel. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
  • Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
  • Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
  • Develop AI‑powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
  • Configure Omni‑Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
  • Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
  • Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
  • Mandatory SkillsStrong hands‑on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Mandatory
  • Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
  • Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
  • Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
  • Omni‑Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)
Preferred Skills: MuleSoft / integration experienceCI/CD tools (Autorabit, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) Salesforce security & compliance
Certifications: (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer I/IIFSC Accredited Professional Data Cloud / AI certifications
Ideal Candidate:
  • FSC SME with strong development background
  • Experience in banking digital transformation programs
  • Proven ability to lead teams + deliver hands‑on solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • NoteOnly candidates with Banking + FSC + hands‑on Salesforce + AI/Data experience will be considered
  • Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
