About the role
Financial Additions is looking for a Contracts & Billing Administrator for one of our clients to support contract administration and billing operations for their growing team. This role is responsible for managing contract documentation, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain contract documentation and records.
Review contract terms and ensure billing compliance.
Prepare, process, and track invoices accurately and timely.
Maintain contract and billing data, perform reconciliations, and generate reports.
Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and other business systems to support contract administration.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding contract and billing matters.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in contract administration, billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
Construction industry experience highly preferred.
Experience with AIA Billing is strongly preferred.
Experience with VMS and Navision is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
