Landscape Designer/Architect The Good Earth Landscaping – Little Rock, AR Are you a creative, detail-oriented landscape designer wholoves working directly with customers and seeing your projects come to life? The Good Earth is looking for a Landscape Designer to join our team and helpbring beautiful, functional outdoor spaces to life. In this role, you’ll meet with potential clients, developcustom design concepts, create accurate estimates, and work closely with ourproject managers to ensure each project is installed smoothly and meets ourquality standards and the customers satisfaction.
What You’ll Do: Sales & Client Communication Meet with potential clients todiscuss project ideas and budgets. Communicate company capabilitiesthrough past project examples. Manage customer expectations andmaintain timely communication. Design Visit job sites and developinstallation-ready design concepts. Prepare clear, accurate estimatesand project proposals. Visually communicate projectproposals when necessary Project Coordination Communicate project details tothe Project Manager and field team. Assist with plant layout, sitevisits, and scope changes. Coordinate material needs(plants, stone, sod, and bulk materials). Identify subcontractor needs whenapplicable Support project closeout withwalkthroughs, invoicing, and follow-up.
