About the role

Our firm is working with a growing fitness facility who is looking to add a Fitness Manager full time This role with be responsible for:Directly responsible for the department's financial performance in total fitness servicesResponsible for hitting personal & monthly sales Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targetsManage Personal Trainer payroll & expensePartners closely with the Membership departmentDevelops lead generation strategies with team to ensure lead targets are hitLead for all fitness products in locationSupplement & Inventory ManagementWorks with Admin Specialist to manages the supplement profit & lossTeam & People Management:Responsible for the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of personal trainingProvides input and participates in performance assessment and termination processesDevelops a high performing team through coaching, teaching and trainingPerformance & KPI management of all fitness staffYou must:A passion for fitness. Demonstrated knowledge of fitness equipment and wellness strategies2 years related sales experience2+ years of leadership and people management experienceThis role is onsite daily
