About the role
Job Overview:
The Material Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations for semiconductor materials and equipment, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and distribution to support project and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and distribution of semiconductor materials and equipment. Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily workload and priorities. Maintain accurate inventory records, material identification, and traceability. Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with Project, Procurement, Logistics, and other teams. Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials based on applicable requirements. Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures. Improve warehouse workflow, space utilization, and inventory accuracy. Support material audits and other warehouse-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.5+ years of warehouse, logistics, material control, or inventory management experience. Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or construction-related materials preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control and material management. Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
