Salary Range: $178k - $282k.

This is the "#2 Person in the Plant – Reporting Directly to the GM"MUST HAVE's To Be Considered:10+ Years in Stamping and Automated Assembly Process. Knowledge of Stamping Dies, Design Improvements & Process. Knowledge of Automated Assembly – Automotive & Applicance. Able to Bring Teams Together as One-Team. Mentor, Coach, Team Player, Smile on the Face ALL THE TIME!Motivate All Departments in Support Operations. Proven Track Record in Turning Around 700+ Team Environment. Customer Focused – Making Production Schedules.
Requirements:
  • BS Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical field, equivalent industry experience will be accepted
  • Automotive and/or Applicance Manufacturing Experience
  • Automotive experience Preferred with PPAP, APQP, AIAG, IATF16949, Stamping Die's, Automated Assembly Process using Robots
  • Understanding in FMEA, control plans, inspection methods
  • Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skillsMUST HAVE previous experience in Metal Stamping and Assembly in OEM or Tier 1 Automotive OR Similar
