About the role
BRPH is seeking an experienced Project Design Leader to guide vision, planning, and design across Aerospace, Manufacturing, Commercial, Aviation, and Federal markets. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from programming through construction, collaborating with clients to define goals, workshop solutions, and deliver innovative planning.
You will mentor designers, coordinate with project managers, and ensure design quality while balancing schedule and budget.
