About the role
- Administer and maintain the facility calibration program.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance of inspection equipment.
- Coordinate internal and external calibration services.
- Manage inventory and status tracking of precision measuring equipment.
- Perform dimensional inspections using: Calipers
- MicrometersIndicatorsHeight GagesPin GagesThread Gages
- Optical ComparatorsCMM Equipment
- Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Review inspection reports and verify product conformance.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
- Support MSA studies and Gage R&R activities.
- Participate in corrective action investigations and continuous improvement projects.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Experience programming or operating CMM equipment.
- Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, MODUS, or similar software.
- Knowledge of GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).Experience with SPC, MSA, and Gage R&R.Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
