Both parents work full-time and are looking for someone who is nurturing, proactive, dependable, and excited to grow with their family over the coming years. This is a calm, structured household where professionalism, open communication, and mutual respect are highly valued. • Manage the children's laundry and keep their bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean and organized
  • Coordinate playdates and age-appropriate outings
  • Maintain the children's schedules and provide regular communication with the parents
  • Run occasional child-related errands

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, including significant infant experience

  • Comfortable traveling with the family several weeks each summer
  • Comfortable working alongside the family's housekeeper
  • Pet-friendly (small dog in the home)
  • Current flu vaccination

The Ideal Candidate:

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
