About the role

Engage Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support local secondary schools in Medway. You will supervise lessons, cover planned and unplanned absences, and set a positive tone in the classroom. You can set your own weekly availability, with part-time or full-time options. No prior cover supervisor experience is required, only a degree and some experience with young people. You’ll need to adapt to different classes, follow safeguarding policies, and provide feedback to teachers.
