About the role
Jack Porter is a multidisciplinary design group creating immersive brand experiences for the built environment. We're in search of an Account Manager - a brand ambassador, someone who is the face of Jack Porter to our clients and can strategically engage in challenging conversations, all while staying committed to the larger goals. If you're someone who is deeply strategic, has a high EQ, and thrives in the dynamics of a creative process, you might be the one we're looking for. The Account Manager oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring the day-to-day management flows seamlessly. This role entails fostering and maintaining client relationships, steering the project's scope, timeline, assets, and ensuring the excellence of the final product. We're after someone who has the innate ability to read the room, build trust swiftly (both internally and externally), and stands as a beacon of knowledge and expertise in their domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as an ambassador of Jack Porter, representing our brand with poise and commitment. Grasp the nuances of the client, their organization, and their processes, delivering both long-term strategic guidance and short-term solutions. Shepherd the client through the decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overarching goals, strategies and objectives. Lead and facilitate collaborations with various project partners including architects, interiors, and general contractors, synergizing with the Jack Porter design and production teams. Demonstrate an understanding of the project's parameters, from timeline to budget. Display agility, ready to shift directions for the project's success. Lead client meetings and calls, review creative content, and obtain client feedback. Communicate the status of the project effectively, manage client deliverables, and hold clients accountable. Capture and digest client feedback, ensuring it's clearly relayed to the design and production teams. Ensure the design team is well-equipped with the necessary resources and guidance. SKILLS + REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree. Innate leadership qualities and strategic thinking capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Resilience under stress and the capacity to thrive in a challenging environment. Build rapport and trust effortlessly. Willingness to travel (~25%).Understand diverse stakeholder perspectives and drive consensus. Highly collaborative and can lead the internal JP team, including design and production teams.
EXTRA CREDIT:
