About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to managers, employees, and office operations. This individual will help ensure the office runs smoothly by managing communication, scheduling, documentation, reports, filing, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, forms, and other documents
- Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain organized filing systems, contact lists, records, and office documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics as needed
- Submit, track, and reconcile expense reports
- Support managers and team members with general administrative needs
- Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Help improve office organization, workflow, and administrative processes
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative, office support, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Professional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
