About the role
Summary:
The Web Analytics Analyst supports the RalphLauren.com US e-commerce business by developing actionable insights that improve the digital customer experience and drive conversion. The role uses web analytics tools to measure site and campaign performance and inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop consumer insights and conduct funnel, conversion, and ad hoc analyses. Create, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Support web analytics platforms and apply analytics best practices, including testing and behavioral targeting. Develop measurement plans for product launches and campaigns, establish targets, and communicate performance results. Partner with Digital Marketing, Site Merchandising, and other internal and external teams.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or CJA experience; DTM experience is a plus. 2-3 years of previous work experience, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to present clear recommendations based on data. Understanding of business financials, ROI, and profitability. Ability to articulate Omniture tracking and implementation requirements and collaborate across teams.
