Job Title: Corporate Travel Coordinator
Location: Atlanta GA, Kansas City metropolitan area, or surrounding areas
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Travel Coordinator to support the daily operations of our internal travel department. This position coordinates employee travel, maintains traveler profiles, assists with expense reconciliation, and helps ensure compliance with company policy and budget requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in corporate travel, a travel agency, or executive support and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Research, book, and manage domestic and international flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Ensure all bookings align with company travel policies and budgetary requirements.
Assist in creating and managing traveler profiles within the online booking tool.
Support weekly travel expense reconciliation and coding.
Assist travelers with itinerary modifications.
Provide administrative support for travel requests, researching and resolving incomplete requests, conflicts, and coordinating direct billing with specific vendors.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in corporate travel coordination, a travel agency, or senior executive support.
Experience with an online booking tool, such as Concur, is required.
Experience with a major global distribution system (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo, is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work outside standard business hours, as needed, to support travel disruptions.
Proficiency with email, calendar, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
Education:
High school diploma or associate degree with equivalent hands‑on experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or travel agency operations is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
