Optify Search are currently partnered with a market-leading Cosmetic Contract Manufacturer seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead site operations. Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):Provide strategic and operational leadership across Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations. Lead and develop a team of 100+ employees. Oversee batch manufacturing processes from raw material receipt through production, filling, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with GMP standards and operational best practices. Build scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics to support continued business growth. To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. Proven senior operations leadership experience within Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, OTC, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of batch manufacturing processes, GMP requirements, and filling/packaging operations.
