Reports To: Director of Marketing
The Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to be the operational quarterback of our practice-level marketing. As Olympus continues to grow, so does the volume and complexity of our marketing initiatives. We need an experienced aesthetics marketer who thrives on execution, brings order to complexity, and understands how digital marketing, practice-level priorities, sales activity, and the patient journey must work together to drive growth. Working alongside the Director of Marketing, you'll help ensure marketing initiatives continue moving forward across our growing portfolio of practices, agency partners, and marketing channels with exceptional organization, judgment, and follow through. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day marketing partner for our practices. You'll lead recurring conversations with practice managers to understand local priorities, specials, procedure focus areas, events, print and collateral needs, website updates, and other marketing opportunities. You'll translate those needs into clear projects, determine the best path forward, coordinate the appropriate internal team or agency partner, and own execution from intake through completion. You'll also lead recurring digital marketing conversations with agency partners, bringing practice-level context into discussions around paid media, SEO, website performance, campaigns, and patient acquisition. You'll connect digital strategy back to what is happening inside each practice, ensure clear next steps are established, hold partners accountable, and help maintain strong connectivity between marketing, sales, and practice operations. The ideal candidate combines deep aesthetics industry knowledge with exceptional project management, strong business judgment, and a high level of initiative. You should understand the aesthetic consumer, patient journey, procedures and treatments, promotional environment, lead generation, and conversion dynamics well enough to make sound day-to-day decisions without constant direction. You excel at anticipating what's needed next and turning conversations and strategy into organized, actionable workplans. Ultimately, this person will serve as the Director of Marketing's right hand, creating the executional leverage needed to scale marketing across our growing portfolio. You should be able to independently quarterback day-to-day marketing, solve problems, keep practices and partners connected, and escalate only the decisions that truly require Director-level input. Every initiative should contribute to one goal: helping our practices grow through connected, effective, and financially responsible marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Liaison & Project Execution:
Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing liaison for practice managers, leading recurring conversations to understand local priorities, specials, procedure focus areas, events, print and collateral needs, website updates, and other marketing opportunities. Translate practice needs into clear, actionable project plans with defined deliverables, owners, timelines, dependencies, and next steps, then drive each initiative through completion. Lead recurring digital marketing meetings with agency partners, bringing practice-level context into discussions and ensuring strategy, campaigns, priorities, and execution remain connected. Manage a high volume of simultaneous practice, agency, and internal projects with buttoned-up tracking, proactive follow-up, and clear visibility so nothing stalls or falls through the cracks.
Data, Analysis & Reporting:
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to support reporting, analytics, strategic planning, and decision making across our portfolio of practices. Pull marketing and performance data across practices and organize it into clear, actionable reporting that connects marketing activity to leads, consultations, conversion, revenue, and practice growth. Bring together performance data and qualitative feedback from practice teams to identify what is working, where friction exists, and where marketing or sales execution needs to improve. Monitor marketing performance and agency reporting, ask the right questions, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into clear actions for practices and partners. Support ad hoc reporting and leadership requests by gathering, validating, and presenting timely information with clear context and recommended next steps.
Revenue & Financial Stewardship:
Approach marketing with a strong understanding of business impact, ensuring initiatives are aligned with patient acquisition, practice capacity, conversion, revenue, and organizational growth goals. Assist in tracking marketing spend and campaign performance to evaluate return on investment and support financially responsible decision making. Maintain strong connectivity between marketing and sales by understanding lead flow, consultation volume, conversion opportunities, practice priorities, and feedback from the teams closest to the patient.
Brand & Creative Execution:
Execute practice-level marketing initiatives while ensuring all work aligns with Olympus strategy & each practice's individual brand, market, surgeon voice, and patient base. Coordinate local campaigns and promotions across the appropriate channels, including digital, email, website, social, print, signage, collateral, and patient communications. Review creative and campaign deliverables with a critical eye and provide clear feedback to internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment. Adapt quickly to evolving practice needs and independently create or modify marketing materials when needed, ensuring teams have the right assets to execute without unnecessary delays. Ensure offers, messaging, creative, landing pages, CRM activity, and in-practice materials are connected so the patient experience is consistent from marketing through consultation.
Collaboration & Communication:
Build trusted relationships with practice managers, physicians, and key stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of each practice's goals, market dynamics, patient mix, and growth priorities. Serve as the connective point between practices, the Director of Marketing, internal team members, and agency partners, ensuring information flows quickly and accurately in both directions. Lead meetings with clear agendas and outcomes, document decisions, assign ownership, establish deadlines, and proactively follow up until work is complete. Identify roadblocks early, solve issues independently when appropriate, and escalate only the decisions or risks that genuinely require Director-level input. Partner closely with the Director of Marketing, Social Media Manager, practice teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and the broader patient growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Meaningful professional marketing experience within the aesthetics industry is also required, with relevant backgrounds including plastic or cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, med spa, aesthetic dermatology, or a closely related aesthetics organization. Strong working knowledge of the aesthetic consumer and patient journey, including procedures and treatments, promotions, before-and-after content, consultations, lead generation, patient acquisition, and conversion dynamics. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple practices, stakeholders, agencies, workstreams, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings, create clarity, push projects forward, and communicate effectively with physicians, practice leaders, agencies, and senior leadership. Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, websites, landing pages, CRM, email marketing, social media, and marketing analytics. Highly proactive, resourceful, accountable, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment without constant direction or handholding. Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how marketing connects to sales, patient acquisition, conversion, revenue, practice capacity, and overall growth. Experience in a multi-location, multi-brand, or portfolio environment required. Experience within a private equity-backed, MSO, platform, or other high-growth organization is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office, with comfort working across CRM, analytics, project management, and marketing technology platforms. Demonstrated aesthetics industry experience is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. The successful candidate must be able to step into practice and agency conversations with immediate industry fluency and sound judgment.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
