About the Role:
Our exceptional client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support client service and account administration. This person will process documentation, maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and handles sensitive information with care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of individual client accounts, including new account opening, updates, transfers, and closures • Process and review client paperwork (applications, forms, beneficiary designations, KYC/AML documentation) for accuracy and completeness • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries related to account status, transactions, and documentation • Coordinate with advisors, compliance, and operations teams to resolve account issues and ensure timely processing• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm's CRM and account management systems • Monitor account activity for exceptions, discrepancies, or compliance flags and escalate as needed • Prepare account-related correspondence, reports, and statements for clients and internal stakeholders • Support audits and regulatory reporting by maintaining organized, retrievable documentation • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and reduce processing errors or delays
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in client service, operations, or account administration; financial services experience preferred Working knowledge of account opening procedures, KYC/AML requirements, and general regulatory documentation standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with CRM systems, account management platforms, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort learning new systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Experience with regulated documentation or financial account processes is a plus. Preferred (Not required):Familiarity with custodial platforms or similar industry systems Series 6/7 or other relevant financial licensing (or willingness to obtain)Experience supporting financial advisors or relationship managers directly Familiarity with annuities and insurance products is a plus Experience with investment operations (trade processing, account reconciliation, asset transfers) is a plus
