About the role

Agtonomy is seeking a Head of Hardware to lead the hardware organization spanning electrical, mechanical and systems engineering. You will build strong OEM partner relationships and drive technically excellent, scalable hardware solutions for autonomous industrial equipment. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy and ensure seamless integration with software and product efforts while delivering high-performance, manufacturable hardware for the physical world.
