Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Steep Slope Service Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for a highly skilled roofer who can manage complex and high-end steep slope roofing projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS: A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays Proven experience as a roofing technician or similar role, ideally 2+ years. Basic carpentry and construction knowledge Ability to lift 80#Ability to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights. Dedicated to upholding company valuesCORE RESPONSIBILITIES (others may be assigned)Lead installation, maintenance, and repairs of steep slope roofing systems, including slate, tile, copper, custom metal, and architectural roofs.
