Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Data Platform & Services Engineering with strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering, backend services, APIs, analytics, and cloud architecture. The role involves designing, building, modernizing, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms and services on Microsoft Azure.
Key Technical Requirements: Data Engineering Azure Databricks, Spark/PySpark Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data FactoryADLS Gen 2, Delta Lake, Lakehouse/Medallion ArchitectureSQL Server / Azure SQLCosmos DB and Kusto / Azure Data ExplorerETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling Data quality, reconciliation, and governance Backend & ServicesC#,.NET / ASP.NET CoreREST APIs and Microservices Azure Functions Event Hubs and Service Bus Entity Framework Core Authentication & Authorization Cloud & Dev Ops Microsoft Azure Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CDAzure Monitor and Application Insights Azure Key Vault Docker / Kubernetes Good to Have: AI/ML or AI-enabled analytics experience React/Angular and Type Script GraphQLPower BIInfrastructure as CodeSRE / Production Support experience The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning solutions across data ingestion → data processing → lakehouse/analytics → APIs & services → monitoring → production operations.
