Position Summary: The Brand & Agency Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and growing advertising partnerships with both Fortune 500 brands and leading media agencies. This individual will own a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process from prospecting through close, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients. The ideal candidate has strong relationships across agencies and brands, a consultative sales approach, and experience selling premium media, digital, CTV, sports, or sponsorship solutions.
Key Responsibilities: · Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and direct advertisers.· Prospect and develop new business while growing existing client partnerships.· Create customized marketing and media solutions aligned with client objectives.· Present ReachTV's portfolio including live sports, premium video, airport media, experiential activations, sponsorships, and data capabilities.· Lead the sales process from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.· Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, Research, Programming, and Operations to deliver best-in-class client solutions.· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and account plans within CRM.· Represent ReachTV at industry events, client meetings, conferences, and hospitality events.· Stay informed on media trends, sports marketing, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
Qualifications: · 5–10+ years of media, advertising, sponsorship, or digital sales experience.· Existing relationships with major agencies and/or Fortune 500 advertisers.· Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.· Experience selling integrated media solutions including digital, CTV, streaming, video, sponsorships, or experiential marketing.· Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.· Ability to navigate complex organizations and executive-level conversations.· Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.· Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Experience: · Sports media or live event partnerships.· Airport, travel, hospitality, or out-of-home media.· Programmatic, audience targeting, measurement, and data-driven marketing.· Working with holding companies including Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, IPG, Dentsu, Horizon, and Stagwell.
