About the role
To create engaging short-form narratives, the part-time Short Form Video Editor will transform long-form video content into captivating stories for social media platforms, utilizing Premiere Pro and After Effects while working remotely from the US or South America.
Key responsibilities
Cut long-form videos into multiple short-form variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
Edit content in Premiere Pro with a focus on narrative pacing and structure
Apply sound design and build light motion graphics in After Effects to enhance storytelling
Required qualifications
Proven experience in editing short-form content with a narrative/storytelling focus
Strong command of Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
Understanding of sound design as a storytelling tool
Ability to test multiple cuts/hooks to determine optimal performance
Based in the US or South America
