About the role

NMI, a global fintech, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our legal team remotely. You will advise on commercial agreements and corporate matters for UK and US sales teams, and handle data protection and compliance tasks. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel in a fast-growing, supportive environment. You will draft, negotiate, and maintain template agreements, contract guides, and respond to evolving legal needs while driving business-minded solutions across the organization.
